Away from the lobby, the red logo turns up in three places. Two global brand ambassadors carry the name in front of a wide audience, a team of EU9 Angels keeps players posted day to day, and a run of sports partnerships stretches from international badminton to amateur basketball and Thai football.
Here is who represents us, which competitions we have put our name to, and which fan campaigns have already run their course.
The EU9 ambassadors
Two brand ambassadors represent the name publicly, and both hold the Global Brand Ambassador title. The role is a brand one: they appear in campaign material and front announcements. It does not extend to how your account is handled, how odds are set or how a promotion clears.
Angelababy, EU9 Global Brand Ambassador
The EU9 Angelababy partnership pairs us with a Chinese actress and television personality followed across much of Asia. As EU9 Global Brand Ambassador she fronts our campaign material. We chose her for approachability, screen presence and a player-first outlook, the qualities we want the brand to carry.
Ms Pui Yi
Ms Pui Yi (萧佩儿) is a Malaysian model and media personality with a large social-media presence. The EU9 Pui Yi partnership gives her the brand ambassador title too, and her name appears in our footer beside it.
Between them, the two ambassadors cover different audiences: one regional and screen-led, one close to home.
Meet the EU9 Angels
Beside the ambassadors sits a wider team known as the EU9 Angels, a group of social-media personalities described on our own pages as 80 Angels. Among those named are Ah Yao, Alice Linq, Chonq Chonq, Elaine Ngu and Hui Ling.
What they do is simpler than the ambassador role. They post brand updates, share news of running offers and point followers towards whatever is live. That makes them a useful early warning when something changes, but not a source of terms.
The binding detail for any offer always comes from the promotion itself. Turnover, minimum withdrawal, eligible providers and expiry are printed on the promotion card you select in Quick Transfer Credits, and those are the figures your claim is judged against.
Sports we have backed
The sporting side of the list mixes elite tour events with grassroots teams. EU9 lists each of the following, and the mix tells you where the brand chooses to be visible: a world circuit in badminton, a fast-rising paddle sport, and local sides in basketball and football.
Badminton and the HSBC BWF World Tour
The EU9 BWF sponsorship covers the Official Betting Sponsor role at several HSBC BWF World Tour events, including the Malaysia Open, the All England Open and the World Tour Finals in Hangzhou. The World Tour is the international circuit run under the Badminton World Federation, with HSBC as title partner, and the Malaysia Open is one of its senior stops. For a Malaysian audience that puts the brand beside a home fixture.
Pickleball at the Asia Grand Slam
EU9 lists an official partner role at the World Pickleball Championship Asia Grand Slam: Malaysia. In general terms the sport sits between tennis and badminton: a paddle, a perforated ball and a small court, played as singles or doubles. Backing it puts our name in front of a crowd that comes for the sport itself.
Basketball and football teams
Three team partnerships appear on the list. The basketball side SK8 Wolves finished second runner-up in the SK8 Amateur Cup, while Team Viper competed in the Limitless tournament in Malaysia. In football, EU9 lists main sponsorship of the Kwang Thong team at the 34th Pang Thong Cup in Thailand.
Team support is separate from the odds board, where football and esports betting each carry their own welcome offer with its own turnover and league conditions.
| Detail | EU9 |

These are sponsorships and partnerships rather than ownership, so the clubs, tours and championships remain entirely their own.

Past fan campaigns
Not every campaign is still open, and it would be misleading to present old ones as if they were. A EURO prediction challenge ran for the football audience, asking members to call results across the tournament. A Chinese New Year campaign ran across all five of our markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines.
Both have finished. We name them for the record, not because there is anything left to claim.
Anything open takes a different route. Live offers appear in the promotions list inside your account, where each card shows its own cap, turnover and eligible games, and the current promotions published there are the only ones a claim can be made against. There is no standing code to carry over from a past campaign.
